Death of Mrs. Malinda Williams.
Mrs. Malinda Williams, who resided in the west part of Princeton, was
taken very ill last Friday morning with inflammation of the blood, or the
bursting of a blood vessel of the head, from which she died on Saturday night
at about 10 o'clock, in the 62d year of her age.
She survived her husband, Robert Williams, about 21 years, who died
and left her with a family of eleven children, nine of whom survive her.
She made a profession of religion in 1845 at Enon
church. She united with that congregation, and remained a Baptist until about
eight years ago, when she joined the Methodist church of this place. She was
ever a consistent Christian, we are informed, and adorned her profession with a
life of humble service for the Master.
