"Death of another Old Citizen"

"Mr. E.G. (Edward Gorton) Jerauld, an old citizen of this place, died on Monday morning at 4 o'clock.

He was born March 11, 1782, and only lacked a few days of being 84 years old.

He moved into this county in the year 1819."
