Larry R. Turpin, 69 of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010 at the Core Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Evansville. 

Born March 16, 1941, he was the son of James E. and Erva M. (Penn) Turpin.

He lived in Princeton most of his life.  He previously worked for the City of Princeton Street Dept.

Survivors include a daughter, Angie (Dan) Decker of Princeton; a son, Larry W. (Sarah) Turpin of Princeton; stepmother, Diane Turpin of Princeton; three sisters, Beverly Hawkins of Princeton, Debbie Robinson of Evansville, Audrey Turpin Morrison of Princeton; two brothers, Jim Turpin of Arkansas, Gary Turpin of Evansville; and six grandchildren;

 He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tiffany Renee Turpin in 1981; and a brother, Dennis Turpin.

 There will be a memorial service at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. William W. Simmons officiating.
