Jesse “J.D.” King, 83, of
He was born
He was a retired postal worker and a veteran
of WW II, serving in the U.S. Army. He loved spending time with his
grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two dogs along with being outdoors.
J.D. is survived by his wife of 59 years,
Mary King of Princeton; only son and daughter-in-law, Bobby (Waughneta) King of Princeton; two grandchildren, Jamie
(Jason) Slinker of Patoka and Brooke (Brad) Bane of
Princeton; three great grandchildren, Riley Slinker, Lexi and Quinn Bane; a sister, Marjorie Holderbaugh
of Danville, Ill.; a brother, Whalen King of Patoka and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
