Marie Jean (Bauermeister) Graper, 83, of Morristown, passed away Monday, Oct. 18, 2010.

Born April 24, 1927 in Evansville, she was the daughter of Julius Fredrick and Magdelina (Freund) Bauermeister.

Survivors include a son, Kurt (Sandy) Graper; a daughter, Elaine (Joe) Whitfield; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Benjamin C. Graper; and brothers, Culmer, Victor and Kenneth Bauermeister.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, at St. Lucas United Church of Christ in Fort Branch. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Hendryx Mortuary in New Palestine. Visitation will also be 4-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch.
