Alice E. Bell, 87, passed away Tuesday, Oct.
26, 2010 at Gibson General Hospital.
Born May 7, 1923 in Bicknell, she was the daughter of Griffith and Bessy (Schafer) Evans.
Alice lived in Princeton most of
her life. She worked for 15 years as a salesperson and retired from Smith
Jewelry in Princeton. She previously worked for Dr. O.M. Graves for 30
years. She was a member of the Broadway Christian Church in Princeton, V.F.W. Post 1147 Ladies Aux. and the American Legion Post 25 Ladies
Aux.
Survived include several cousins; and her
caregivers, Jean Kirk and Wanda Smith of Princeton.
She was preceded in death by her parents;
and her husband of 59 years, Paul Bell on Jan. 1, 2006.
Graveside services at 10 a.m. Friday Oct. 29, 2010 at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Princeton with the Rev. John Dunn officiating. Burial will
follow. Those attending the services are asked to meet at the cemetery. Colvin
Funeral Home in Princeton is handling the arrangements.
