Mary E. Eaton, 92, of Buford, Ga., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 29 2010.

She was a graduate of Princeton High School. She worked at the Princeton First Federal Savings and Loan, Vincennes University and at the Evansville Store and the Maturity Journal which she and George Eaton founded.

Survivors include a son and John (Sandra) Benham of Cumming, Ga.; daughter Barbara (Raleigh “Bill”) Perry of Buford, Ga.; six grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Tempa Partenheimer; and husbands, Maurice B. “Barney” Benham and George E. Eaton.  

At her request, her body has been donated to Emory School of Medicine. Services will take place at a later date.
