Riley Frederick Osborne, Jr., 90, passed
away
He was born
He married Connie Ruby Phillips on Feb. 12,
1942), daughter of Charles Edward and Ruby Phillips, just before boot
camp. During the war, he was trained as a map maker and decorated as an
expert rifleman and for being wounded in action. After the war, he

(Osborne) and Tim Tate reside in Sterling, Va, his
youngest daughter, Kathy (Osborne) and Kerry Warren, reside in Ringold, Okla.; his grandchildren (and their spouses)
