Corellen Baker, 56, passed away
Born
She lived in Princeton before moving to her
much loved Owensville. She was a member and regularly attended The Owensville
United Methodist Church. Corellen had an unwavering
faith in Jesus Christ.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother
and friend. Corellen very much loved spending time
with her grandchildren. She was involved with Mary Kay which afforded her
the chance to do some other things she loved including making new friends and
spending time with old friends. Corellen loved
to travel whether it was going to a conference for her career, or with her
friends and family on vacation.
She earned a master’s degree in social work
and spent a long career bringing joy and easing the burdens of those residing
in convalescent care facilities such as
She is survived by her devoted husband,
James S. Baker III; her two sons, James Baker IV (Kelly) and Jonathan Baker;
her mother, Edith Beck; two grandchildren, Olivia and Teagan
Baker.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Her friends and family are invited to
celebrate her life in remembrance at Holders Funeral Home in Owensville.
