Sam Sparacino, 64, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville .

Born May 2, 1946, he was the son of Calogero and Mary Lou (Palmer) Sparacino.

He retired as an auto body repairman.

Survivors include sons, Calogero (Shelby), Samuel (Jennifer), Jeremy (Kayla) Sparacino; 9 grandchildren; three sisters, Shirley Kasperzach, Mary Sparks, Betty Rutledge; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Wendie; sister, Gertrude Sparks; brothers, George, Joe, Angelo and Carl Sparacino.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Holders Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Burr officiating. Burial will be in the Owensville cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service hour on Monday at the funeral home.
