Helen (Stilwell) Helsley, 93 of Oakland City, Indiana passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010 at Woodmont Health Campus in Boonville. She was a long time member of the Church of Christ in Oakland City. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother that will be deeply missed.

Helen was born
October 15, 1916 in Pike County, IN to Oscar and Ethel (Wallace) Stilwell, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Blythe Helsley in 2007; sons, Robert and David Helsley; grandson, Eugene; brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald & Wanda Helsley of Ky; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Charles (Mildred) Stilwell of Oakland City; sisters, Clara Russell of Evansville and Eleanor Nunn of Henderson, Ky.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Thursday May 27, 2010 at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City, with the Pastor George Fiscus officiating. Burial will be at the
Townsley Cemetery in Mackey. Visitation will be from 12 noon until service time on Thursday at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home.
