Dee (Graves) Peters, 85, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2010 at home.
Born on April 16, 1924 in Princeton, she was the daughter of O.M. and Martha Pauline
“Polly” (Morton) Graves.
She married to Lindsay Peters on Feb. 18, 1950.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of
Shawnee Garden Club, Episcopal Church Women, and was docent at Mabee Gerrer Museum.
Survivors include her husband, Lindsay;
sister, Mona Fearheiley of Mt. Carmel, Ill.; brother, Bill (Retta)
Greaves of Mishawaka; daughters, Melanie (Robert) Shurden
of Wichita, Kansas, Debbe Peters of Edmond, Okla.; son, Sam (Betsy) Peters of Plano, Texas; five
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and
brother, Orville M. Graves Jr.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 8.
