Mackroy White, 61, of Princeton passed away on Tuesday March 16, 2010 at the VNA Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville. He graduated from Princeton High School. He retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.

Mackroy was born on October 6, 1948 in Memphis, TN. to Charles R. & Annie B. (Holmes) White, both deceased.

He is survived by his 4 brothers, Eddie White of New London, KY, Paul, Jimmie and Tommie White all of Princeton; and close and dear friends, Annie Conners and Butch Walker.

Graveside Services will be held at 10 A.M. on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Burial will follow. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. There will be no visitation. Colvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. VFW Post #1147 will provide military graveside services.
