Daisy E. Richie, 100, of Fort Branch, passed away Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at the Gibson General Hospital Skilled Care Unit in Princeton.

Born Feb. 13, 1910 in Harrisburg, Ill., she was the daughter of Ralph and Mabel (Williams) McCormick.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Doyle Richie; and two brothers, John and Jim McCormick; three sisters, Mary Smith, Ada Borders and Beulah Wilhite.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Fort Branch. Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch is handling arrangements.
