Anthony "Tony" Hurst, 46, of Evansville passed away Thursday, January 28, 2010 at St. Mary's Medical Center.

Tony graduated from Wood Memorial High School were he held many records in Cross Country, some of which are still standing. He was a mechanic who loved to work on cars, but could do anything with his hands. Tony was a loving father whose kids meant everything to him.

He is survived by his wife, Tylinge Hurst; son, Einon McClain Hurst; daughter Zoe M. Hurst; mother, Mary Hurst; sisters, Alice Kent, Anita Lewis, Lisa English, Molly Echols and Susie Dobbs; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 12 noon to 6 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2010 at Gilham Family Funeral Home, 325 W. Louisiana St. Funeral services will be 6 p.m. at Gilham Family Funeral Home, Rev. Jeff Kenon officiating.
