Dolores R. Vaughn, 77, of Haubstadt, passed away Monday, Dec. 28, 2009 at home.

Born Aug. 5, 1932 in Haubstadt, she was the daughter of Urban and Marie (Hillenbrand) Lamey.

Dolores attended St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt, and retired from the Emge Meat Packing Co. in 1990.

Survivors include a daughter, Judy (Tony) Hipp of Haubstadt; son, Shawn Vaughn of Haubstadt; two sisters, Bernie Burger, and Norma Regener both of Haubstadt; brother, Robert Lamey of Ontario, Calif.; and three grandchildren, Isaac Lewis, Megan, and Daniel Hipp.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, David K. Vaughn.

A mass of Christian burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2 2010 at St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt. The rosary will be recited prior to mass at the church. Father Kenneth Betz will be the celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. on Saturday at Stodghill Funeral Home on Ind. 168 West in Fort Branch.
