Helen M Huelsman, 93, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 23 2009 at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

Born Sept.  11, 1916 in Huntingburg, she was the daughter of Louis and Emma Souders

She  was a housewife.  She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch.

Survivors include a son, Jerry Huelsman  of Oden;  daughter, Darlene Koberstein of Princeton; 10 grandchildren;  and 17 great-grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter Huelsman in March 1991; four brothers, Gilbert, Alvin, Edwin and Oscar Souders; and two grandsons.

 A mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch, Father Tony Ernst and Father John Sasse the co-celebrants.  Entombment will be in Holy Cross Mausoleum. 

Visitation will be 1-6 p.m. Sunday at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch, with a 5:30 p.m. Rosary service to be recited by the church parish at at the funeral home.
