Funeral services will be Thursday December 10, 2009 at 10:00A.M. Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with Rev. Larry W. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Forsythe Cemetery near Oakland City, IN. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday and from 8:00A.M.until services on Thursday at the chapel.
