Mary F. Goodson, 77 of Princeton, Indiana passed away on Friday December 11, 2009 at Gibson General Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born August 15, 1932 in Gibson County to Bennie & Blanche (Hale) Goodson, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, Howard, Arthur and Paul Goodson.

Mary was a graduate of Oakland City High School and the Practical Bible Institute of Binghamton, NY. She was a missionary in Japan for several years. When she returned from her missionary assignment she worked in the First Baptist Church office in Princeton. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church. Miss Goodson then worked for Hansen’s Corporation and retired from there after 30 years.

Mary is survived by her 2 brothers; John Goodson of Pendleton, IN and Roger Goodson of Haymarket, VA, and many nieces and nephews

Memorial Services will be held Saturday December 19, 2009 at 11a.m. at First Baptist Church in Princeton, with the Pastor George Prinzing officiating. Burial will be at the Blythe Chapel Cemetery near Owensville. Visitation will be from 9 until 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church.
