PRINCETON - Norma R. (Waldroup)
Dill, 82, passed away Wednesday, Oct.
7, 2009 at Transcendent Healthcare in Owensville.
She was born April 20, 1927
in Oaktown to William H. and Dorothy G. (Jones) Waldroup.
She lived in Princeton since 1935 moving here from Vincennes.
Norma was a homemaker and a member of Our Saviour
Lutheran Church in Princeton. She was an avid reader,
enjoyed gardening, dancing and was a caregiver for her mother for many years.
Norma is survived by two brothers, John D. (Pauline) Waldroup,
Teddy L. (Glenna) Waldroup, both of Princeton;
sister-in-law, Barbara Waldroup of Princeton;
her guardian, Anita Waldroup of Princeton;
and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl "Skeeter" Dill in 2000; son, Carl D. Dill in 2003;
sister, Juanita Mitchell; and her brother, Bill Waldroup
in 2005.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m.
Saturday Oct. 10, 2009 at
Colvin Funeral Home with the Rev. Karen McNeill-Utecht
officiating. Burial will follow in the Oddfellows Cemetery
in Princeton.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m.
until service time on Saturday.
