She was June 5, 1941 in Princeton, IN. to Elvin Ray and Virginia Vada (Ivy) Akers, which preceded her in death also brothers Jesse and Earl Akers and sister-in-law Sue Miller.

She retired from Buehler’s Buy-Low as Deli Manager.

Burl (Connie) Akers of Evansville, IN.

Sister: Vicki (Gary) Willis of Oakland City, IN.

Brother-in-law: Jim (Jeannie) Miller of Princeton, IN.

Bill and Bonnie were married for 50-year. Loving wife, mother, and grandmother to grandchildren who did no wrong.

Graveside services will be 10:00A.M on Friday September 4, 2009, Forsythe Cemetery with. Rev. Bob McDonald officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00P.M.Thursday at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel.
