FORT BRANCH, Ind.
— Jackie S. Hollis, 57, of Fort Branch,
passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2009,
at Deaconess Hospital
due to injuries she received in an automobile accident. She was born to the
late Jack R. and Mary (Mayer) Hollis on March
12, 1952, in Princeton, Ind.,
and has lived in Fort Branch
her entire life.
Jackie was employed at Casino Aztar in Evansville
and was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort
Branch.
She is survived by her sister and her spouse, Judy (Bill) Richardson of
Lawrenceville, Ill., and a
brother and his spouse, John (Stephanie) Hollis of Fort Branch. Also surviving
are 4 nieces and nephews, Andy and Abby Hollis of Fort Branch and Hannah and
Haley Richardson of Lawrenceville, Ill.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Thursday, May 14, 2009, at 11 a.m. at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort
Branch, with burial in the church
cemetery. Father Tony Ernst will be the celebrant. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, from 2 to 8 p.m.
at the Stodghill Funeral Home located on Hwy. 168 West in Fort
Branch, where a rosary will be
recited by the church parish at 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday evening.
