Common Directions:	Located adjacent to Providence Church, on the south side of County Road 550S, at the intersection with County Road 675E; about 3 miles west of Somerville.

For purposes of this listing the cemetery was divided into three sections:  East (E,) Center (C) and West (W).  Row were numbered beginning on the east side of each section.  Rows in the older West section are somewhat irregular.
