We are currently looking for volunteers in and around Franklin Countyto assist in basic research at the Franklin County Courthouse and BrookvilleLibrary, or those who own Franklin County books or publications and are willing to do lookups in those. Greg Meyer has indexed the church records (baptisms, marriages, and deaths) for Holy FamilyChurch in Oldenburg from 1837- 1940, and will look up information forthose who email him. He also has indexed the records of St. Anne's in Hamburg and St. John's in Enochsburg and can do lookups at St. Anne's up to 1948 and St. John's up to 1940.
If anyone has ties to the St. Peter's area of southern Franklin County in Highland Township, David Endres has volunteered to do lookups in thatarea.
