Mrs. Lydia M. Zick of this city was on Saturday granted a divorce from Horace Zick and was given the custody of their year old son. Mrs. Zick alleged cruel treatment and failure to provide as grounds for a divorce. JE Rodenback of this city was Mrs. Zick’s attorney and Prosecutor John Brissey represented Mr. Zick.
