Through all her life she has been upheld by a Savior’s love—living each day as if it were the last.
Always ready to help others burdens, never thinking of self. This was the secret of her loving influence in the lives of all who knew her. Though our homes and hearts seem lonely and empty without her loved form, we realize our loss is her gain and she is only gone before and is waiting in the Heavenly home to welcome us with loving words just as she always has been. Her Sabbath days were always spent reading her Bible and in loving words of comment to family, who will be so lonely knowing we can never hear her dear lips again – Dearest Mother. While grief our hearts is swelling, Then upon the other shore, In our Fathers house are dwelling, All thy grief, our weeping o’er, Why should we continue mourning, Round they grave is dark despair, Heaven ward hearts and wishes turning, We shall meet our mother there. – thanks so much to “S” for all her great typing
