Administrators’ sale of Real Estate – by virtue of an order of the probate court of Fountain County, Indiana at the August term ad 1847, we will offer for sale at the late residence of Jacob T. Wykoff deceased in Troy Township, count and state aforesaid on Saturday the 18th of September next between the hours of 10 and 4 the following land towit: The SE fraction of the NW quarter of Sec 5 in town 20, north of range 8 West containing 102.56 hundreds acres more or less.  Terms – one four in hand and the residue in equal payments of 6 and 12 months.  John Ferrel, Peter S.
