WILLIAMSPORT -- Funeral services for Mrs. Aramintie Jay Wurtsbaugh, age 83, who died Sunday night, June 13, in the Pleasant Valley Rest Home at Kramer, were held at 2 p. m. today, June 16, at the Crowmer-Siddens Funeral Home in Williamsport. The Rev. Douglas Dickey officiated and burial was in the West Lebanon Cemetery. Mrs. Wurtsbaugh, who had been a patient two months, had been ill two years. She was born Jan. 4, 1882, in Moravia, Iowa, the daughter of Franklin and Florence Thion Dailey. She had lived most of her life in Warren County. She was married Dec. 31, 1908, to Edward Wurtsbaugh who preceded her in death in 1939. She was a member of the Christian Church of Hope, Ill. Surviving are: one daughter, Mrs. George Taflinger of Williamsport; two sons, Lee and Wayne, both of Williamsport; three sisters, Mrs. Grace Barnes of Bismarck, Ill., Mrs. Cecil Lyle of Celina, Tenn., and Mrs. Ora Packingham of Homewood, Ill.; a brother, Mark Dailey of Los Angeles, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. --typed by Walt W
