COVINGTON, Ind. (CNS) – Mrs. Frances Romine Wright, 85, of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Covington, died at 1:50 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 10, 1973) at Osteopathic Hospital in Kansas City. She had been ill for 10 years. She was born April 3, 1888, in Mound Township, Warren County, the daughter of Isaac F. and Mary Elizabeth Watkins Romine. Survivors include a son, Lynn Burghart of Kansas City, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. She had lived in Chicago and New Mexico, and had taught school for several years in New Mexico. She moved to Kansas City in 1926. Cremation will be in Kansas City. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. EST Wednesday at the Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert H. Miller will officiate, and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Attica. --– jlr
