WEST LEBANON, Ind. (CNS) — Mrs. Dorothy Worgum of West Lebanon Route 1, died at 8:40 a.m. Saturday (Sept. 15 1973) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. Arrangements are incomplete at the Dale Maus Funeral Home in Attica. WEST LEBANON, Ind. (CNS) — Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Dale Maus Funeral Chapel in Attica for Mrs. Dorothy L. Van Leare Worgum, 52, of West Lebanon Route 1, who died Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette, Ind. The Rev. Henry Koch will officiate and burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Attica. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The family requests that memorials be in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Worgum was born Feb. 11, 1921 in Attica, the daughter of Cornelius and Esperence Dobbles, Van Leare. She was married to Chester Worgum in Kentucky on Aug. 17, 1940, and he survives. Other survivors include her mother, Mrs. Van Leare; two daughters, Mrs. Terry (Sandra) Randles of Covington, and Mrs. Jerry (Janie) Boles of Attica; a son, Jerry Worgum of St. Claire Shores, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Mary) Reid of Williamsport, Mrs. Robert (Margaret) Martin of Plainfield and Mrs. Charles (Max Ann) Wallace of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Robert Van Leare and Charles, both of Attica, and three grandchildren. Mrs. Worgum was graduated from Attica High School. She had been a resident of West Lebanon for 23 years. She was a member of the West Lebanon Christian Church.   --typed by Walt W
