WOODS, Dorothy Marie

The body of Mrs. Dorothy Marie Woods 25 West Lebanon was found Sunday in the Wabash River three miles south of the Paul Dresser Bridge at Attica. Mrs. Woods had been missing since Easter Sunday when she was last seen on the bridge by the operator of a nearby service station. Mrs. Woods was born Aug 3, 1934 at Indianola, Ill daughter of Oscar E. and Stella Taylor Murray. She was married in 1952 to Arthur Paul Woods, Sr who survives. Also surviving are a son Arthur Paul, Jr; a daughter, Marilyn; her parents of Roachdale; two brothers, two sisters and her grandmother Mrs. Isobel Murray. Services were held Tuesday with burial in Newtown Cemetery. – kbz
