Mrs. Olive P. Woodard, 59, of 1109 W. Wabash Ave died at 8:45 p.m. Sunday in St. Vincent's Hospital at Indianapolis after a short illness. She had been hospitalized one week. Born Nov 12, 1900 in Fountain County she was the daughter of John and Effie Parker. She married Robert H. Woodard Nov 7, 1948 in Crawfordsville. Mrs. Woodard was a graduate of Crawfordsville HS and former employee of the Crawfordsville Trust Co. Mr. Woodard is employed by the Veterans Administration of Indianapolis. Mrs. Woodard was a member of the First Christian Church and for a number of years was secretary of the Sunday School. She also was a member of the Riviera Club of Indianapolis. Her only survivor is her husband. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bright Funeral Home here with Rev. Paul E. Million in charge. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Tuesday. - kbz
