Waynetown- Mrs. Lela Mae Woodard, 47, died at 2 p.m. Monday in Newport Richey, FL where she had lived the past 12 years. She was a member of the New Ross Methodist Church and attended New Ross grade and high schools. A native of Pouski County, Ky, Mrs. Woodard was born May 24, 1919, a daughter of Elisha C. and Audrey Poor Thomas. She married Marvin R. Woodard in Lebanon Dec 15, 1937. Surviving are the husband, the parents, who live at Rt 4, Crawfordsville; two sisters, Mrs. William E. Delond of Lebanon and Mrs. William R. Sloan of rural Hillsboro; a brother, Clyde Thomas of Rt 4, Crawfordsville and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Servies Funeral Home with Rev. Don Sharp officiating. Burial in Wesley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. kbz
