NEWTOWN — Funeral services for Ralph Wood, age 52, a former Newtown resident, who died of pneumonia Sunday night, Nov. 1, in an Indianapolis hospital, were held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon, Nov. 4, at the Weaver Memorial Funeral Home in Brownsburg. Burial was in a Brownsburg cemetery. Mr. Wood was the son of Carl and Della Wood. He was graduated from the Richland Twp. High School at Newtown in 1930. He is survived by one son; his mother, Mrs. Della Dalton of Brownsburg; and two sisters, Mrs. Luther Ryan of Brownsburg and Mrs. Barbara Jean Warner of Clermont. --typed by Walt W
