Hillsboro - Charles Wood, for many years a resident of Hillsboro died at his home in Waynetown shortly after midnight Thursday night from a complication of diseases. Mr. WOod had been ill the past two years and undergone two operations during this time. He was 60 years of age and just about a week ago had moved his residence from Hillsboro to Waynetown. He was the son of the late Rev. Miles Wood. Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Virgie Grenard of Waynetown, Mrs. Florence Shade of Hillsboro, four sons, Marvin of Waynetown; Forrest a teacher inthe schools at Plymoth, Ind; Henry of Waynetown and Gerald at home. The funeral services will be held from the Methodist Church in Waynetown Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with Rev. R Mason of Hillsboro in charge. Burial in Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown. --kbz
