WOLCOTT, Louise Setser Cotton - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Louisa Cotton Wolcott of Covington, age 82, died Saturday morning, February 13, in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Illinois. She was born in Kentucky, June 6, 1899, the daughter of William Francis and Vina Robinson Setser. December 24, 1919, she married Lee Cotton, who died September 13, 1959. In 1964, she married William Wolcott, who died in August 1969. Mrs. Wolcott was a member of First Church of Christ, Wabash Chapel Ladies Aid, Troy Home Demonstration Club, VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, Business and Professional Women’s Club and the American War Dads Auxiliary of Danville, Illinois.

  Survivors include two sons, Gene Cotton of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Donald Cotton of Covington; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Edgar Allen officiating. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery at Covington. - thanks to S
