  Joseph Henry Wilson of Attica, age 72, died Friday morning, May 13, in Williamsport Community Hospital. He was born at Attica, July 10, 1910, the son of Israel and Lizzie Stonebraker Wilson. July 25, 1932, he married Zilda C. Maross, who survives.

  Wilson was a self-employed barber and was at one time chairman of the Attica Democratic Party. He was formerly a musician, performing with the Hoosier Aces and the Tune Toppers. He was a member of the Attica Eagles Lodge and Upper Level Senior Citizens group.

  Also surviving are a daughter, Linda Swadley of Attica; two sons, Larry of Dayton, Ohio, and Murray Joe of Yorktown, Virginia; two sisters, Hazel Brown and Ida Mae Hickman, both of Attica; a brother, Ercel William of East Chicago; and seven grandchildren.
  The body was taken from Maus Funeral Home in Attica to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church for funeral services Monday morning with Rev. Edward Matuszak officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery at Attica. – thanks to S
