WILSON, George Rutheeford

George Rutheeford Wilson, 66, died Saturday morning at his home four mil northwest of Wallace after a four-week illness. Death was caused by the effects of a paralytic stroke complicated by pneumonia.
Wilson was born July 23, 1877, on a farm near where he died, the son of Calvin and Miriam Dooley Wilson. He spent most of his life on farms in the Wallace vicinity and was married to Zella May Beaver on November 20, 1909. He was a member of the Freedom Christian Church.
In addition to the widow, he is survived by two daughters, Miss Berniece Wilson at home and Mrs. Mrie Lowe, Kingman; two sisters, Mrs. John Williams. Kingman; and Mrs. Porter Cook, Veedersburg; and one granddaughter, Georgiana May Lowe, Kingman. A brother, Aaron Wilson died last July.
Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Centennial Church near Yeddo, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Watson of the Freedom Christian Church was in charge. --- transcribed by kbz
