She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana. The collection is now housed in the Fountain County Section of Local History at Crawfordsville District Public Library.
KINGMAN – Funeral services were conducted at the DeValk Funeral Home in Watseka, Ill., Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Carrie Wilson, former Kingman resident who died suddenly there Thursday night. Burial was in Wolison Cemetery near Crescent City, Ill. Mrs. Wilson was a native of Kingman, born April 2, 1893 to George and Effie Bacus Moore. She married Osborn Wilson in 1913. He died in 1932. All her married life was spent in Illinois. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Clair Franceour of Adrian, Mich., Mrs. Gertrude Gedges of Minneaspolis and Mrs. Edna Metsker of Sacramento, Calif., and two brothers, Fred of Delphus, Ohio, and Theodore of Sacramento. --– jlr
