Arvel B. Willoughby, 75, of 807 S. Water St who sold and repaired furnaces here for several years died Friday afternoon in Culver Hospital. He was a member of Oak Hill Tabernacle. Mr. Willoughby was born August 3, 1899 at Winchester, Ky a son of Edward and Ellen Berryman Willoughby. He married Ethel Keesee in 1922. She survives. Also surviving are a son, Albert A of Crawfordsville; a daughter, Barbara Anglin of Lafayette; three brothers, Everett of Frankfort and Ray and Roy of LaPorte; two sisters, Bertha May Douglas of Crawfordsville and Jessie Rhoads of Darlington; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. A daughter is deceased. Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Lester McGruder officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
