Richard Williams, 48, who recently moved from Veedersburg to Chicago died at the hospital in that city Tuesday morning with complications following an operation for appendicitis a few days ago. His death came very suddenly and was not expected by relatives in this section or members of the immediate family. The deceased has been engaged in Chicago for sometime past. The remains were taken to Odon, Indiana Wednesday for funeral services and for burial. Mrs. Oscar Quigle and Mrs. Elsie Songer of Veedersburg attended the funeral services as Mrs. Williams is a daughter of Mrs. Quigle. Surviving are the widow, formerly Mrs. Joan Clawson 3 daughters, Virginia, Ruth and Barbara and one son, Richard Jr.
