Perrysville—Mary Katharyn Williams, 65, Perrysville, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, 1989 at United Samaritans Medical Center, Logan Campus, Danville, Ill.
She was born Oct. 14, 1923, in Fountain County, the daughter of Fred and Pearl Setser Crowder. She was married to William Williams.
She had been a resident of Perrysville most of her life and was a former resident of Danville and Covington. She was a graduate of Perrysville High School and a former x-ray technician at Danville and Chicago.
She was a member of Fountain County Old Guard Post 2395 VFW Auxiliary.
Surviving are a son, David, Danville; a brother, Lewis A. Crowder, Gainesville, Fla. and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, a brother and a sister.
Friends may call two hours before the service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington. The Rev. William Rudd will officiate and burial will be in Hicks Cemetery. – thanks to s
