WILLIAMS, Mabel Potter - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mabel P. Williams of Danville, Illinois, age 86, died Monday morning, May 24, in Lakeview Medical Center at Danville. She was born in Chaonia, Missouri, May 21, 1896, the daughter of Sam and Daisy Birdnow Potter. September 18, 1915, she married John F. White, who died in 1939. In 1942, she married Vincent Williams, who died in 1969.

  Survivors include a son, Harry White of Henning, Illinois; two sisters, Marie Churchill of Gary and Ruth Ellmore of Covington; a granddaughter, three great grandchildren and three great great grandsons.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at Urbas Funeral Home in Westville, Illinois with David Kennedy officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery at Danville. – thanks to S
