WILLIAMS, Lula E. Lamb - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Waynetown -- Lula E. Williams, 80, of Waynetown, died at 7:35 a.m. Monday in Culver Hospital. She had lived all her married life here except the past six when she was in Ben Hur Nursing home. Born Sept 7, 1900 near Hillsboro she was a daughter of Charles and Pearl Kresse Lamb. She was reared in the home of Manford and Bessie Coon of Hillsboro. SHe married Walter "Bud" Wiliams Nov 26, 1918. He preceded her in death Oct 30,1 959. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Archie (Mary) Foxworthy, Marshall; Mrs. Ocar (Letty) King, Bloomingdale, Mrs. Larry (Rowens) Penrod, Amanda, Ohio; and Mrs. Harold (Margaret) Keller of Wayentown; 20 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, daughter, sister and brother. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Fred Werker officiating. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery.
