Joe Williams, 56, died at the St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Wednesday night where he went last Saturday for Gall and bladder trouble. He underwent an operation Sunday for this trouble and seemed to be getting along all right until Wednesday night when he suddenly became worse. Mr. Williams has lived in the section for the past 40 years. He was born in Kentucky. He is survived by his widow who was formerly Miss Grace Hutts. Funeral services will be held at Centennial Church Saturday at 2 p.m. with burial at the cemetery there. Rev. Carder of Covington will officiate. - kbz
