WILLIAMS, Harold Lee

  Harold Lee Williams, 65, RR 2, Veedersburg, died at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Illinois, Wednesday, November 2.

  Born June 20, 1918 in Mill Creek Township, he was the son of Arch and Ruth Tinder Williams. On October 12, 1940, he married Rosemary Brown in Veedersburg, who survives. A farmer, he served on the Fountain County American Stabilization Service Committee for 25 years and was a life member and director of Indiana Guernsey Cattle Club District Seven. He was a member of Scott’s Prairie Church, Yeddo Masonic Lodge 313, Order of Eastern Star, and Wallace Low Twelve Club.

 Survivors include a son, Lee Harold Williams of Veedersburg, and three granddaughters.

  Services were conducted Saturday at Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home in Covington with Rev. Ruth Isaacs officiating. Burial was in Bonebrake Cemetery near Veedersburg. – thanks to S
