Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Covington Ind. (CNS) -- Mrs. Celia E. Williams, 81, of Covington, died at 7:20 a.m. today (Sept. 19, 1966) at the Danville Care Nursing Home where she had been a patient since Sept. 10. She had been in ill health two years. Born June 28, 1885, at Harveysburg near Kingman, she was a daughter of George and Louisa Stull Wilkins. She was married in 1912 to Oral Ludlow who preceded her in death in 1919. She was married Jan. 20, 1921 to Charles Williams who preceded her in death Jan. 20, 1962. Surviving are a son, Marvin Ludlow of Covington; a step-son, Lee Williams of Charleston, Ill., and four grandchildren. Mrs. Williams was a former member of the Sterling Christian Church and had attended the Galloway Chapel Church the past several years. She had resided in Covington two years and was a former resident of the Marshfield and West Lebanon areas. Services will be a 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home. Burial will be in the West Lebanon Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home Tuesday afternoon and night.   --typed by Walt W

Mrs. Celia Williams, age 81, mother of Marvin Ludlow of. Covington and a resident here for the past two years,  died at 7:20 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19, at the Care Nursing Home in Danville, Ill., where she had been a patient since Sept. 10. She had been ill for two years.
Mrs. Williams was born June 28, 1885, at Harveysburg, near Kingman, the daughter of George and Louisa Stull Wilkins. She was married Jan. 20, 1912, to Oral Ludlow, who proceeded her in death in 1919.  On Jan. 20, 1921, she was married to Charles Williams, who also preceded her in death Jan. 20, 1962.
She had resided in the Marshfield and West Lebanon communities for many years. She was a former member of the Sterling Christian Church but had attended the Galloway Chapel Church in Warren County for the past 40 years.
Surviving are: one son, Marvin Ludlow of Covington; one step-son, Lee Williams of Charleston, Ill.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, one brother and one half-brother. "
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington. The Rev. Theodore Simonton officiated and burial was in the West Lebanon Cemetery.
