Mrs. Myrtle Landon Wilkey, 66, of 11 W. Madison St., died yesterday afternoon (Oct. 5, 1962) at St. Elizabeth Hospital where she had been a patient eight days. She had been critically ill a week. She was born March 10, 1896 in Washington County, Ind., the daughter of Alexander and Mary Robinson Moody. Mrs. Wilkey lived here 40 years. She was a member of the Carnation Lodge of the Auxiliary of Railway Trainmen. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Irene Eller of Danville; a son, Louis Landon of Peoria; three sisters, Mrs. Leona Robertson of Peoria and Mrs. Hulda Roderick and Mrs. Stella Kiser, both of Danville; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Four brothers and three sisters preceded her in death. The body is at the Jones-Sullivan Funeral Home where friends may call from 7-9 tonight and 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. tomorrow. Funeral services will be at 10 a. m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The Rev. Paul Kinder will officiate, with burial in Spring Hill Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 8 p. m. tomorrow at the funeral home. --typed by Walt W
