Mary B. Wilgus of Indianapolis, formerly of Covington, age 88, died July 22 in Indianapolis. She lived in Covington 25 years and about 45 years in Indianapolis. Mrs. Wilgus taught school in Fountain County for three years, worked with the census bureau in Washington, D. C., and later for the Insurance Service Office in Indianapolis, all before World War II.
She was a member of the North Minister Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis and Order of Eastern Star of Covington and a member of sewing group of the church.
Survivors include her husband, Clifton H.; a daughter, Mrs. John Bain; and six grandchildren.
