Source: The obituary is from a collection of newspaper (paper names not recorded) obituaries saved, by Fauniel Hershberger, during the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

NEWTOWN—Austin Wildman, 52-year-old former resident of Newtown, died at 5:30 p.m. Monday at his home in Phoenix, Ariz. He was born Dec. 12, 1906, in Atwood, Ill., a son of Philo and Viola Keeling Wildman. He moved here in 1919 and resided in Michigan before moving to Arizona 20 years ago. Mr. Wildman was a graduate of the Lafayette Business College and was a referee for bankruptcy cases. Survivors include the wife, Sadie; two sons, Austin Wildman Jr. of Phoenix and Mike at home; two daughters, Mrs. Jane Wonik of Phoenix and Sandra in Germany; a brother, Fenton Wildman of Veedersburg and two sisters, Mrs. Verna Williams of Cathedral City, Calif., and Mrs. Edna Shultz of Newtown. Funeral rites will be held Friday in Phoenix. Interment also will be in Phoenix.   --typed by Walt W
